This formidable card was popular throughout the Sun & Moon era, into the days of Sword & Shield. Essentially a reprint of the original Base Set Charizard. Released for the celebration of a certain Ryan Reynolds movie, this card is jumbo sized and is quite popular, even though the style in which Charizard is drawn is a little controversial.

The only rainbow version of the Charizard and Braixen tag team, this card is highly sought after and ensured the Sun & Moon expansion went out with a sparkly, rainbow bang. Graded Pokemon cards are authenticated, given a numeric grade to indicate their condition, and encapsulated in a “tamper proof” plastic case. The higher the cards grade, the higher it’s value. The grade of the card is based on factors such as centering, corners, edges, and surface quality. The age of the card – the older it is, the more likely it is to be rare. Newer cards just entering circulation take time to become valuable.
